Route Metal company was established in 2013 and deals with resident services and specializes in aluminum casts.
We have gradually upgraded our focus on service in other parts, materials, sorting and specific reworks.
Metal parts are fixed by epoxy glue by DIAMANT and by laser welding.
Because of laser welding we can rework parts and areas which are under heat pressure, or we need higher strength of damaged or worn-out part.
We provide the services of a Resident Engineering for deliveries to KIA and HMMC. This may include (in individual agreement):

▪ creation of statistics about the type, amount and position of defects
▪ reports on consumed parts and delivery status
▪ organization of parts return and packaging to the supplier
▪ organization of sorting in the premises of KIA or HMMC
Our company has a pulsed welding laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, designed for welding and surfacing of metal parts: steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, titanium, brass.
